The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport, making it easy to travel. The tram to the centre of Florence was also nearby, providing quick access to the city's attractions. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and a good view. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including bread, jam, cereal, and pastries. The hotel also provided free parking and WiFi for guests to enjoy during their stay.
The reception service could be improved, as some guests experienced difficulties with the staff.
